Devs and marketers.
The same people.
Project 24/7 is the technology studio of Project Seven, a small team of dev-marketers in Auckland building software that fits how New Zealand businesses run.
Most agencies make you pick a side.
Developers who can build anything but don’t think much about the business it’s for. Marketers who get the business but can’t build the thing. We kept landing in the gap between the two, so we set up shop there.
We’re dev-marketers.
We write the code and we understand the commercial side of why it’s being built. That mix means we build the right thing, not just a thing that works. Sometimes that’s customer-facing. Just as often it’s the internal stuff nobody outside ever sees. The automations, portals and dashboards that keep a business running.
Once we’d spotted the gap, leaning all the way in was the only sensible move.
Sensible, and maybe slightly unhinged. We’re the kind of team that treats "that’s just how it’s done" as a dare, obsesses over the details, and is still online at 11pm getting something to work. Insane millennials, possibly. Who needs sleep anyway?
Here’s what that means for you.
Custom automations we build and run, and web apps and tools you own outright. Software shaped to how your business works, whether that’s the customer-facing kind or the internal engine nobody sees. Project 24/7 is the technology studio of Project Seven, based in Auckland and working with businesses across New Zealand.

I started in HR, then marketing, and now I'm building software. Honestly, I'm not sure what that makes me yet. We started this thing when it became clear that the gap between "I have an idea" and "it exists" has basically collapsed. The hard part now is deciding what's worth building.

I've been a creative nerd since forever, so getting into design, and later getting into dev, was a no-brainer. I also have raging ADHD, which means automating my day is a necessity rather than just a preference. Big dreams require systems that work even when your brain won't, so I'm here to make that happen.

How we operate
A few things we live by.
- Fit over feature count
- We measure success by how well the software fits your business — not by how many features we shipped. A tool that does one thing perfectly beats a platform that does ten things badly.
- No lock-in
- We don't trap you. The web apps and tools we build are yours outright: code and keys. The automations we run for you come with no long contracts and no hostage fees. Either way, you're free to leave. We'd rather you stayed because it works.
- Honest about scope
- We tell you what we can build, what it will take, and what it will cost — before we start. No surprises. If the scope changes, we talk about it.
- Small team, full attention
- We work with a small number of clients at a time. Every project gets senior attention from start to finish. You're not handed to a junior after the sales call.
Tell us what’s slowing you down.
A short conversation, then a clear plan for what we’d build. No pitch, no jargon.
