Project 24/7 is operated by P7 Agency Ltd, the technology studio of Project Seven, based in Auckland, Aotearoa New Zealand. We build custom web applications, automations, and tools for New Zealand businesses.

What information we collect
When you use the contact form on our website, we collect the name, email address, and any other details you choose to include in your message.
We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. We do not run analytics tools that identify individual users.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit through our contact form solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to manage the project relationship.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent.
How we store and protect your information
Messages submitted via our contact form are received by email and stored securely within our project management systems. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
We retain contact and project information for as long as it is needed to provide our services and to meet any legal or accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, and to request that we correct it if it is inaccurate.

Third-party services
Our website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Vercel. Vercel may log standard server-side request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of normal hosting operations. Please refer to Vercel's privacy policy for details.
We link to external sites, including Project Seven (projectseven.nz) and LinkedIn. Once you leave our website, this privacy policy no longer applies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page. We will not notify you of minor changes, but if we make significant changes to how we handle personal information we will note that prominently.
