The problem.
A solo coach had hit the ceiling of one-to-one work and wanted to productise it into a subscription. Wix was "overpriced for what it delivers", and a native app meant handing 15 to 30% to Apple and Google. She wanted to "bypass expensive software-as-a-service subscriptions" and stop "keeping plates spinning".
What we built.
A subscription web app with tiers and a core member experience, web-first by design so there's no app-store cut. We migrated her off Wix, with email and automations through GHL.
