The problem.
Some products can't be bought off a shelf. They have to be built. Escape the City puts players across the CBD with two hours to crack five hidden "nodes" and race back to escape. No existing platform runs real-time scoring, a live leaderboard, location check-ins, AR and waivers at city scale, on the night.
What we built.
The registration site and the live event app: real-time scoring and a leaderboard that updates as keys are claimed, location check-ins and AR activations tying the streets to the game, waiver capture and an ops view to run the night. Built to launch, and to be reused for future events.
