The problem.
An established educator with clients across NZ, Australia and the EU was doing too much by hand: list management, reporting, meeting prep, task logging, across a sprawl of platforms. With EU clients, GDPR and data-processing weren't optional.
What we built.
A suite of automations built around her real tools — Klaviyo list automation off WooCommerce, pre-meeting summaries, agenda automation, email-to-task logging, NZBA reporting, membership management — plus a website rebuild. GDPR and data-processing handled explicitly, and run as a managed service.
